Building from prior to 1951, suit for offices and commerce, and completely restored in its interior in 2021. More technically, the water columns, electricity columns, wc pipes, roof and watertight isolation have all been replaced between mid 1990 to 2000. From its genesis this building has had an innovative use (beginning of coworking spaces) offering small office spaces and a shared WC in each floor. The business model has been kept unchanged.
