We grew from a group of fammily businesses with a footprint in the real estate market that dates back to 1951, where own property management has been at the core of our activity since the beginning. Over these years we have been extremely successful maximizing return of our portfolio and growing it in a sustainable manner, refining processes and adopting best practices always with rigor and attention to detail. We take care of all the necessary bureaucracies to have you property ready to receive your tenant.

We analise and negotiate on your behalf, filter all the potential tenants and elaborate rental contracts have your interests as the key priority.

Tenant onboarding and delivery
We onboard new tenants and take care of all legal and fiscal obligations.
