Historic building acquired by the family in 1933. It is reality composed by 3 neighbor building with a total of 17 units. It´s one of the crown jewels of our private portfolio and we wait patiently to be given the green light to explore its full potential, emphasizing the historic coffee Guarani and the original traits of the building.

Interesting fact: it is the only turret in the Av. dos Aliados with windows.
