Building from the 1971, in concrete, with two elevators and a mixed used between residential and commercial. In total 19 units. The building suffered its most recent refurbish (interior only) in 2021 including replacement of the main water column. 

The refurbishment of the interior communal areas of the building that took place in 2021 allowed a modernization of the building, making it unique in its location and so allowing us to improve yields. During the refurbish the horizontal property of the building was changed to add one residential unit.
