Totally rebuild in 2020 with a focus in maintaining its original traits and characteristics of the historic city center of Cascais, the building is composed of 3 separate units, two T1 duplex and one T2 with a large traditional patio. The building which was acquired as a ruin was originally built prior to 1951.
