Partition building built prior to 1951. Mixed used, commercial, and residential. In total there are 10 units. Most recent and relevant conservation works include the replacement of the main electricity columns, roof, water columns and total restoration of the outside fronts of the building and watertight isolation.  Interior communal areas have also been restored.
